We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Orders at our sole discretion (for example, due to product unavailability, errors in pricing or description, or suspected fraud).
3. Product Listings & Pricing
We strive to display Products as accurately as possible (colors, images, descriptions), but we do not guarantee that your device will reflect true colors. Prices include applicable taxes (if any) unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees (if charged) appear at checkout. We may adjust prices or discontinue Products at any time, but confirmed Orders will be honored at the agreed price.
4. Ordering & Payment
By placing an Order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. Payment must be made in full before processing. We may use third-party payment processors, whose own terms and conditions also apply. In case of payment failure or reversal (e.g., chargeback), we may suspend, cancel, or seek recovery of the Order.
5. Shipping, Delivery & Title
Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for carrier delays or force majeure events. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Title transfers once full payment is made and the Product is handed to the carrier.
7. Limited Warranty & Disclaimers
We warrant that Products will conform substantially to their descriptions at purchase. Except as required by law, this warranty is limited. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product(s) involved. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data), or issues caused by third parties.
9. Intellectual Property

By posting reviews or submissions, you grant us a nonexclusive, perpetual license to use such content for business purposes.
